We are interested in two main fields of chemical physics, which are chemical Reaction Dynamics and Quantum Dynamics in Condensed Matter Systems. The main purpose of the study is to find the theoretical backgrounds which describe the chemical reaction processes and to develop the quantum mechanical calculation methods, and to promote further understanding of the properties of various materials by computer modeling and simulation.

본 연구실에서 관심을 가지고 있는 연구 분야는 화학 물리학(Chemical Physics)의 두 영역으로서 화학 반응 동력학(Chemical Reaction Dynamics)과 응축 물질(Condensed Matter)의 성질 연구이다. 주된 연구 목적은 화학 반응 과정을 기술할 수 있는 이론적 틀과 양자 역학적 계산방법을 개발하고 Computer Modeling과 Simulation을 통해 다양한 물질의 성질에 대한 이해를 증진시키고자 함이다.
